Love this idea for a Valentine’s Classroom door from Miss Ward, You stole a Pizza my heart! Have each child draw a name and then on the crust of the pizza the kids write something that they love about that person.
You end up with this epic classroom door.

You could re-create this candy heart on a bulletin board, or class door. You can start with real candy wrappers, just place a box of chocolates in the teachers lounge and ask them to leave the wrappers. 😊
Then create the little chocolates with paper, shiny metallic paper adds an extra fun touch.

Now let’s get to the kids’ favorite part and maybe yours too, the treats. I have found some simple treat ideas below that you can make with the kids at your Valentine’s Day party.

Decorating Cookies is always a fun classroom activity that kids love. You can purchase premade unfrosted cookies at your local grocery store bakery. Then bring frosting in a variety of colors, sprinkles and other toppings and let the kids loose.

Love this idea for compliments jars. You can have each student randomly draw 5 student’s names. Then think of a compliment for each one, put it on a little heart.
Then these hearts will be glued on to that person’s jar. You can have your students sign the compliment, so the recipient knows where it is coming from too.

Kids will love this fun sensory painting activity. First you draw a heart directly onto a plastic Ziploc sandwich bag with a permanent marker.
Next you add some paint to the inside of the bag and have your students move the paint around to color the heart. They'll love the feeling under their fingers and teacher bonus, no mess!

Here's a cute and easy Valentine craft that is perfect for practicing scissor skills. Start with toilet paper tubes, then cover with yellow construction paper and then have kids cut out the stripes and antennas with construction paper.
Glue everything on and then add cute little hearts and faces.
