She then printed these pretty calendar sheets to create this flip calendar.  Not only is this easier than writing the date every day on your white board it’s looks better too.

The bark of the day spot can be created with a roll of brown Kraft paper. Rachel uses this spot for a quote of the day, a countdown, a shout out or a class goal.
